Refund Policy

Tracking Your Refund To check the status of your refund, please call us directly. Our customer service team is ready to assist you.

Processing Time Refunds are processed within 24 hours. Your bank or payment service (e.g., PayPal) may take up to 7 days to post the credit, and up to 2 billing cycles to reflect it on your statement.

Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the refund will be credited to that card. You'll receive an email detailing the refund amount and when to expect it.

Third-Party Charges If your statement includes charges from third parties (e.g., airlines, car rentals, cruise lines), the refund will come from them. Contact the third party for questions about those refunds.

Deposits and Partial Payments If a deposit or partial payment was made, you'll be refunded that amount minus any applicable fees.

Cancellation Fees

  • If you used VCLoyaltyKey, cancellation fees will be deducted from your balance.

  • If you used both VCLoyaltyKey and a credit card, fees will first be deducted from the VCLoyaltyKey portion, followed by the credit card portion if necessary.

Refund Policies for Specific Services

Flights

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Non-refundable flight bookings may be eligible for a flight credit.

Hotels

  • Most hotels refund all money if canceled before the cancellation deadline.

  • Non-refundable hotel bookings do not qualify for refunds after the cancellation deadline.

Vacation Packages

  • Bookings within the last 24 hours may be eligible for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation fees from airlines, hotels, car rentals, or activity providers may apply.

Cancellation or Change by You

Changes to bookings (e.g., travel date, destination) can be made by contacting us. You do not have an automatic right to cancel or change a booking unless permitted by the Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions, which are provided before booking.

Travel Providers may charge fees for cancellations or changes, specified in their Rules and Restrictions. You agree to pay any applicable charges. Prices for changed arrangements may differ from the original booking.

Review Rules and Restrictions for details:

  • Failure to cancel within specified periods may incur charges.

  • Some properties may not allow cancellations or changes after booking.

  • No-show or cancellations for Pay Later bookings may incur charges.

  • Refunds for unused Travel Services are subject to Rules and Restrictions.

For cancellations or changes permitted by the Travel Provider, an administration fee may apply, notified prior to proceeding.

Other Cancellations or Changes

We (or the Travel Provider) may cancel bookings for non-payment or other reasons. We strive to notify you promptly and offer alternatives or refunds where feasible.

Refunds on All Inclusive Experience (All Inclusive) or C.A.R.I.B.E. Family Experience

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking by the entity that processed the original transaction. Please note that our rates are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated during the booking process.

For hotel or property reservations, if a refund is applicable under the terms of the booking, it will be issued in the form of travel credits and added to your Vuelos Caribe account. These credits may be applied toward any future hotel or property reservation made through our service. Any difference in value between the original and the new reservation will be adjusted at the time of rebooking, based on the current rates and availability.

Travel Credit

A Travel Credit is a non-refundable credit issued by Vuelos Caribe Corp. in the event of a cancellation or modification of a qualifying booking. Instead of a cash refund, the amount paid is retained and made available for future use under the traveler’s name.

Travel Credits are:

  • Valid for future travel bookings made through Vuelos Caribe Corp.

  • Not subject to immediate expiration, unless otherwise stated.

  • Transferable, in certain cases and upon prior written approval, to a family member or designated third party (subject to applicable conditions at the time of use).

  • Applicable to any destination or travel experience offered by Vuelos Caribe Corp., unless otherwise restricted by a specific promotion or offer.

Travel Credits allow customers to retain the value of their investment even if original plans must change, offering flexibility and peace of mind for future travel.

This policy is in accordance with the Terms of Service (Section 5), which states that refunds for property-based reservations, all-inclusive experiences, and C.A.R.I.B.E. Family Experience are issued in the form of Travel Credits.

Cars

  • Prepaid car bookings eligible for refunds must be canceled at least 6 hours before pick-up.

  • No refunds for early returns.

Cruises

  • Most cruises are eligible for a full refund if canceled up to 90 days before departure.

Activities

  • Refunds for activities are typically available if canceled before the activity's cancellation deadline.

  • Some activities may be non-refundable.
