These Terms of Service govern your use of Vuelos Caribe, a sub-brand and trade name operated by Vuelos Caribe Corp.

Legal Identity

Vuelos Caribe is a sub-brand and trade name of Vuelos Caribe Corp. The contact details for this page are set out at the end of these Terms.

Definitions

Vuelos Caribe / we / us / our: Vuelos Caribe, as operated by Vuelos Caribe Corp.

Vuelos Caribe Corp: the legal business operating the Vuelos Caribe trade name and related services.

Travel Provider: any airline, hotel, resort, transfer company, payment processor, tour operator, or other third party that supplies any part of a trip.

Travel Services: travel search, booking coordination, supplier communications, payment handling, itinerary support, and related services offered through the site.

Booking Confirmation: the written or electronic confirmation that a booking has been accepted, ticketed, or otherwise finalized by the applicable supplier or supplier system.

Rules and Restrictions: the terms, conditions, fare rules, stay rules, occupancy limits, cancellation rules, change rules, baggage rules, payment rules, and other supplier requirements that apply to a booking.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site, submitting traveler information, requesting a quote, making a reservation, or completing payment, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable supplier Rules and Restrictions.

Travel Provider Rules and Restrictions

All bookings are subject to the rules of the applicable Travel Provider. Those rules may include minimum stays, blackout dates, check-in deadlines, age limits, passport or visa requirements, ticketing deadlines, penalties, and non-refundable conditions.

If supplier terms conflict with a displayed summary, the supplier terms control unless law requires otherwise.

User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a booking. You are responsible for accurate traveler names, dates of birth, contact details, loyalty numbers, passport or ID data, and any other trip data you submit.

You confirm that you have authority to book for yourself and for any other traveler included in your reservation, and that you will provide each traveler with the booking details and applicable conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have the required travel documents, health documents, entry permissions, visas, and any documents required by airlines, hotels, resorts, or destination authorities.

Prohibited Use and Fraud

You may not make false or speculative bookings, use another person’s payment method without authorization, scrape or harvest site content or pricing, interfere with the site, or use the site for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

Vuelos Caribe may pause, cancel, or verify any booking, and may request additional identity or payment verification, including preauthorization or other suspicious-activity checks, before completing service.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is not final until it is confirmed by the applicable Travel Provider or supplier system. Displayed availability or pricing does not guarantee confirmation, ticketing, or acceptance.

Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Prices are dynamic and may change based on availability, supplier inventory, traveler count, dates, exchange rates, and booking timing. Obvious errors may be corrected before or after display to the extent permitted by law.

Taxes, local charges, resort fees, service charges, supplier fees, baggage fees, destination fees, and bank or currency conversion fees may apply and may not be fully controlled by Vuelos Caribe.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party processors or by supplier systems. You authorize Vuelos Caribe, Vuelos Caribe Corp, and the relevant payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the booking total, deposits, verification holds, preauthorizations, fees, and authorized adjustments.

Additional verification may be required before a payment is accepted or a booking is released for ticketing or confirmation.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations, date changes, name corrections, and refunds are controlled by the applicable supplier rules and the status of the booking. Some fares, rates, and promotions may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

Where a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method, subject to processor timing, bank timing, and supplier procedures. No-show and late-cancellation bookings may forfeit some or all amounts paid.

Flights

Flights may be arranged through third-party providers or airlines. Vuelos Caribe and Vuelos Caribe Corp do not directly issue airline tickets unless a booking flow or confirmation expressly states otherwise.

Airline rules control baggage, seat selection, schedules, delays, missed connections, schedule changes, cancellations, name corrections, check-in timing, and no-show treatment.

For airline cancellations or significant schedule changes, any required refund or rebooking handling will follow the applicable airline, ticketing, and consumer protection rules, including any DOT refund obligations that apply in the United States.

Hotels and Resorts

Property rules control check-in, checkout, occupancy, deposits, incidentals, resort fees, smoking policies, age limits, and conduct standards. Photos, amenities, and descriptions are intended as guidance and may vary by room type, date, or property operations.

Packages

Package components may be fulfilled by different suppliers. One supplier’s rules do not override another supplier’s rules, and separate cancellation or change rules may apply to airfare, lodging, transfers, and add-ons.

Third-Party Links and Redirection

The site may include links or redirects to third-party websites, booking engines, supplier pages, or partner pages. Vuelos Caribe is not responsible for third-party content, security, policies, or acts.

Site Content Disclaimer

Content on the site is provided for general information and booking assistance only. We do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, rates, inclusions, schedules, or availability notices are error-free, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vuelos Caribe and Vuelos Caribe Corp are not liable for supplier acts or omissions, force majeure events, travel disruptions, missed connections, schedule changes, traveler document issues, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Disputes and Arbitration

Any dispute section, arbitration requirement, class action waiver, and related venue language should be reviewed with counsel and inserted here in final form before publication.
